Payment Information

How long does it take to ship my order?

Our best practice is to dispatch orders within 1 business day of receipt of payment. Please note however orders can sometimes be delayed. Should an item not be in stock your order may not be dispatched for 2 business days. Please note once your order has been dispatched it is in the couriers hands. We will not be held liable for delayed delivery – get organised early to avoid disappointment! See below for transit guidelines, this is an estimate only & may vary.

Sydney Metro: 1-2 Days or Same Day depending on time of order.
Other NSW:
2-4 working days
Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne and Adelaide Metro area: 1-3 working days
Other Capital & Regional areas: 2-8 working days

Which courier should I use?

During the check out process you can select from various shipping methods depending on the size of your order & your location. Most couriers require a signature so someone needs to be on site at the time of delivery. Should redelivery be required you will be liable for additional charges.

Fastway:  Signature required. Do not deliver to PO Boxes. Will leave card for redelivery.

TOLL IPEC:  Signature required. Do not deliver to PO Boxes. Will leave card for redelivery.

Star Track Express: Signature required. Will deliver to PO Boxes. Will leave card for pick at post office.

Express Post: Signature NOT required. Will deliver to PO Boxes.

Allied Express: Signature required. Do not deliver to PO Boxes.

Pick up: In store = 17 / 31 Maddox St, Alexandria, NSW, 2015.

How much will delivery cost?

To work out your freight costs simply add the required items to your cart. Then click on “My Cart”, fill in the “Estimate Shipping & Tax”, enter your country, state & postcode then click “Get Quote”. Once you have selected a shipping method click on “Update Total”.

Will I receive a Tax Invoice?

Once your parcel is dispatched, you will be emailed your Tax Invoice. Please note invoices are not shipped with orders, only picking slips.

Can I send my own courier to pick up from your warehouse?

Yes. Place your order with the Pickup delivery option chosen then please add a comment to the order naming the courier you are sending  to pickup your order.

Please also ensure that your courier has your order number and name as a pickup reference. You will be contacted by us via email when your order is ready for pickup, or if we require additional payment verification.

Can I pick up from your warehouse?

Yes, in most cases your order can be picked up from our warehouse. To do this, please select "Pickup" as your delivery preference. There is no delivery charge when you pick up from us. You will be notified by email once your order is ready for pick up.

Track your order?

We will provide you with tracking instructions and your tracking number with your Tax Invoice, issued upon despatch of goods. Further, you can visit the following websites, armed with your tracking number, to manually track your delivery.

Can 4Cabling Pty Ltd deliver to me?

Yes! 4Cabling Pty Ltd delivers not only nationwide across Australia but to many customers internationally. If you are in a remote area your delivery will just take a little longer. If you require an international shipment you can send your own courier or we can send your order by registered international mail or FEDEX.

What if my goods are damaged?

Please take the time to inspect your goods PRIOR to accepting delivery. If the goods are visibly damaged when the courier delivers them to you - please do not accept the parcel. Once you have signed for the package you are accepting the parcel in its damaged condition and we cannot offer any assistance. Please notify us immediately on [email protected] or call us on + 61 2 9565 4077 when rejecting parcels.

Does 4Cabling Pty Ltd ship internationally?

If you require an international shipment you can send your own courier or we can send your order by registered international mail or FEDEX.

Yes it is. You can shop with confidence with 4Cabling Pty Ltd. Credit card payments are processed in real time using SecurePay. When is payment processed??

Payment processing for Credit Card and PayPal takes place after you click the "Place Order Now" button. Payment processing for Direct Deposit usually takes place on the next business day after receipt of funds in our account

Do the prices include GST?

All orders within Australia are subject to GST (10%). Please note 4Cabling Pty Ltd is a wholesaler and our prices are displayed excluding GST & delivery. To see the GST & delivery component of your order please add items to your cart then click on “view cart”. Final Tax Invoices are E-Mailed upon dispatch of your goods to your nominated email address. Tax Invoices are never shipped with goods.

Will my payment method effect my shipping time?

Yes it will. Your order will not be dispatched until payment has cleared. If you choose to pay by Direct Deposit please note your order will not ship until the payment has cleared into our account. Please use your Order / Invoice Number as the Payment Reference when transferring funds. Failure to do so may delay your order until we can identify your payment.
