4Cabling - Shipping and Returns

Flat Rate Shipping:

Our standard delivery service ships express to most locations, with StarTrack Express, Fastway, Allied Air Express, and Toll IPEC, depending on where you are. Orders placed online by 3pm will be despatched the same business day. This option is Free for orders over $50, or $6.95 for orders below $50. This does not include Mail Call Couriers Same Day Service.

Sydney Same Day Service:

We can get orders out to you the same day if you are in the Sydney Metro area at an additional charge (usually between $20 - $30 depending on your location). We use Mail Call Couriers or Allied Express. Please call our Customer Service Team at 02 9565 4077 for a quote, as the cost and speed will vary depending on your location.

Pick-Up from Store:

Orders placed online or by the phone can be picked-up from our Trade Shop for free during business hours, please allow time for your order to be picked and packed for you. If it is urgent, please call us and confirm your order is ready.International Oders:

We ship to most places, please call or email for a quote and we'll find the best way to get your order out to you. International rates do apply, and will vary.

Can I get my order delivered to a Parcel Locker?

We DO NOT deliver to parcel lockers at all as none of our couriers have access to them. Otherwise your order will be sent back and redelivery fee will incur.

* How long does it take to ship my order?:

Our best practice is to dispatch orders within 1 business day of receipt of payment. Please note however orders can sometimes be delayed. Should an item not be in stock your order may not be dispatched for 2 business days. Please note once your order has been dispatched it is in the couriers hands. We will not be held liable for delayed delivery – get organised early to avoid disappointment! See below fortransit guidelines, this is an estimate only & may vary.   

Sydney Metro: 1-2 Days or Same Day depending on time of order.

Other NSW: 2-4 working days
Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne and Adelaide Metro area: 1-3 working days
Other Capital & Regional areas: 2-8 working days

If your order is urgent please make a comment in the notes section of the checkout & our team will endeavour to rush it out for you. If you are in Sydney and require your order same day delivery please call us on +61 2 8985 9200.

*How much will delivery cost?:

To work out your freight costs simply add the required items to your cart. Then click on “view cart”, select “Estimate Shipping & Tax”, enter your state & postcode then click “Estimate Shipping &Tax”. Once you have selected a shipping method click on “update shipping cost”.

*Will I receive a  Tax Invoice: 

Once your Parcel is dispatched, you will be emailed your Tax Invoice. Please note invoices are not shipped with orders, only picking slips.

*Can I send my own courier to pick up from your warehouse:

Yes. Place your order with the Pickup delivery option chosen then please add a comment to the order naming the courier you are sending  to pickup your order.

Please also ensure that your courier has your order number and name as a pickup reference. You will be contacted by us via email when your order is ready for pickup, or if we require additional payment verification.

* Can I pick up from your warehouse:

Yes, in virtually all cases your order can be picked-up from our warehouse. To do this, please select "Pickup" as your delivery preference. There is no delivery charge when you pick up from us. You will be notified by email once your order is ready for pick up.

*Track your order:

The subject line of the Tax Invoice email upon dispatch will contain the method of shipment and tracking number. You can visit one of the below website & track your parcel live online.

*Can The Cable Management Company deliver to me?:

Yes!  The Cable Management Company delivers not only nationwide across Australia but to many customers internationally. If you are in a remote area your delivery will just take a little longer. If you require an international shipment you can send your own courier or we can send your order by registered international mail or FEDEX.

*What if my goods are damaged:

Please take the time to inspect you goods PRIOR to accepting delivery.  If the goods are visibly damaged when the courier delivers them to you - please do not accept the parcel. Once you have signed for the package you are accepting the parcel in its damaged condition and The Cable Management Company cannot offer any assistance once you have signed it was received in good condition. Please notify us immediately on [email protected] or call us on +61 2 8985 9200 when rejecting parcels.

If you require an international shipment you can send your own courier or we can send your order by registered international mail or FEDEX.
