Our Standard Delivery option is Free for orders over $150, or $14.95 flat rate for orders below $150. This service ships express to most locations, depending on where you are.

Small freight
Standard delivery
Packages to be delivered by courier during Mon-Friday during general business hours 8am-5pm to home or business addresses. If your business times are outside of these times e.g. you close at 2pm, please note that the couriers may not be able to deliver your item. Please make alternate arrangements or call our office for further support.
If Authorised to leave Package to be left in a safe location anywhere on the person’s premises: at the mailbox, garage door, doorstep, in the driveway, or any other location. If driver does not deem the area safe, he may not leave the good. If delivery is missed, the receiver may have to collect from the post office or alike.
Same Day delivery
Package will be delivered the same day if booking is within metro area only and booked in prior to 10am same day. (Deliveries take approx. 5 hours up to 15km – Delivery times may vary or be affected by weather events, Public/season/national Holidays, Friday and Peak periods)
Server Rack/Large deliveries
Server racks to be delivered by couriers during Mon-Friday during general business hours 9am-4pm to home or business addresses on a kerbside service.
Deliveries outside of these time swill need special arrangements and will be charged as per your requirements. Please call our office for more information.
Deliveries for most server racks & large parcel orders will take 1-2 business days in metro areas. For regional areas in your state delivery times may be between 2-5 working day depending on the delivery suburb. Please refer to your tracking email for more information or call our office. (excludes WA, TAS & Regional areas which can take 3-5 business days).
Please note: Server racks are kerbside delivery only, for deliveries up any stairs we need to quote pricing.
Kerbside delivery – Free service
This means the driver will deliver to the nearest access point possible to the intended address and you will be required to collect from there. If your shipment contains a pallet then you will be required to take the individual packages from the pallet into your home or delivery to be made to a loading dock. This is not a service where your large items will be delivered across the threshold of the premises.
Threshold Tailgate delivery – Charged service
It goes beyond delivering the item and includes:
- Transporting the item to a specific room of the home or office in a multistorey building
- Transporting goods within the hours of 9am-5pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holiday and weekends). There is no promise of time slot delivery or booking times. Please call the office to organise a timeslot or booking time.
- Any product that is too large for standard delivery (industrial shelving/data rack/server racks will be upgraded to a kerbside or Tailgate delivery.
Server Racks & Large Parcels
Deliveries for most server racks & large parcel orders will take 1-2 business days (excludes WA, TAS & Regional areas which can take 3-5 business days).
Please note: Server racks are kerbside delivery only, for deliveries up any stairs we need to quote pricing.
Pick-up from Store
Orders placed online or by phone can be picked up from either of our Connect & Collect Centres at Homebush West in Sydney, Altona North in Melbourne, Hemmant in Brisbane or Osborne Park in Perth for free during business hours Monday to Friday, please allow time for your order to be picked and packed for you. If it is urgent, please call us on 1300 855 235 and confirm your order is ready.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to sign for my Delivery: Authority to Leave?
We may deliver the products via a range of delivery methods. All deliveries must be signed for. If you know you will not be at home you are able to issue an Authority to Leave. Please contact our Sales Support team via telephone or email to arrange this. Issuing an Authority to Leave voids your shipping insurance if the parcel is lost or stolen. Redelivery charges may apply if no one is available to sign for the delivery.
Do you deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers?
We DO NOT deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers as none of our couriers have access to them. If you enter these details, it will be sent back and a redelivery fee will incur.
