Different types of IEC power cables
CONNECTOR
DESCRIPTION
IEC C5 Power Cable
A 3-core general duty power cord as used on some compact Switch Mode Power Supplies (laptop computers) and small appliances. Also called "Clover Leaf" style.
IEC C7 Non-Polar Power Cable
The IEC-C7 Appliance Power Cord (Figure 8) is used on many household appliances, ie. portable stereos and shavers, as well as laptop computers.
IEC C13 Power Cable
This IEC C13 power cord is used on most computers and office equipment, as well as home appliances. Perfect to replace lost or broken cords.
IEC C14 Power Cable
This IEC C-14 Power Cord used on most computers and office equipment typically used to connect a PC to a UPS, so you will be able to use in the home or the office with ease.
IEC C15 Power Cable
The C15 connector is for use in high-temperature settings. It’s also used in some CISCO switches. The Australian 3 Pin Wall Plug to C15 power cable is commonly used to connect from the 10A wall socket to a C16 socket which can be found on devices with high-temperature working environment.
IEC C19 Power Cable
The C19 connector is commonly used in computer servers, rack-mount power distribution units and UPS power connections. The C19 is an outlet or socket whereas the C20 is a plug of the same mating pair format.

The IEC Power Cable with C19 and C20 connectors is commonly used in computer servers, rack-mount power distribution units and UPS power connections. The C19 is an outlet or socket whereas the C20 is a plug of the same mating pair format.
